 Mike Joslyn, of Messalonskee Stream Hydro, who helped build a fishing platform at the outlet of Messalonskee Lake in Oakland that meets the standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act, explains Thursday that access will be paved from a designated parking spot to the platform.

 

Snow Pond Dam at the outlet of Messalonskee Stream, the Oakland Hydro Station across from the Town Office, the Union Gas Station farther downstream, and the Rice Rips Station in Waterville.
